Do you charge a curation or design fee?
Yes. Because every itinerary is completely individualized based on the data we collect from you, our professional fees are tailored to the complexity and length of your trip, ensuring our recommendations remain entirely unbiased and objective.
What specific elements of the journey do you manage?
We provide absolute, end-to-end management for your entire luxury itinerary. To maintain our strict standards of execution and consumer safety, we focus exclusively on full-scale custom travel experiences. We do not offer standalone, unattached, or à la carte bookings. We manage:

For large parties requiring custom travel coordination, multi-generational milestone celebrations, or five or more cruise cabins/hotel blocks, we step in as your dedicated Group Coordinator. We manage the group setup, design a cohesive master itinerary, provide individual transfer guidance, coordinate group excursions, and oversee document preparation to ensure a unified, seamless experience for all guests.
What is your policy regarding itinerary adjustments or cancellations?
We protect the structural integrity of your itinerary with transparent operational boundaries. Itinerary adjustments or modifications made after your initial booking incur a $50 fee. Any service modifications or cancellations processed after your final payment has been finalized incur a $100 fee per service change, separate from any independent supplier or hospitality penalty terms.
The Importance of Asset Protection: Because unexpected cancellations can happen due to health, family, or professional emergencies, we strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance is an indispensable piece of the planning puzzle; it acts as your financial shield, safeguarding your non-refundable trip investments against strict supplier cancellation penalties.

Is a passport mandatory for my journey?
