When is the best time to visit Europe?

What is ETIAS ?
It’s a new travel requirement for most European countries. But not to worry, it won’t take effect until 2025. If you’re planning a trip to any of the 30 European nations affected, like France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, or Spain, you’ll need to complete an online application and pay a small fee of 7 euros per person. The ETIAS authorization will be valid for three years or until your passport expires, whichever comes first.
Because of the Russia-Ukraine War is it safe to visit Europe?
Europe, in general, is considered a safe destination for travelers. However, safety conditions will vary from country to country and can change over time due to various factors such as political events, natural disasters, or health concerns.
Remember to always stay informed about any travel advisories regarding your destination, by checking out reliable websites of the local governments you will be visiting, the U.S. State Department website, and diplomatic channels. How far out can I plan my next vacation?
Currently we are planning itineraries through 2025. You can expect that our travel partners will have dates available for the next 18 – 24 months. The earlier you begin your planning process, the better opportunity that all your needs and desires for your vacation can be met. Pricing and availability are always subject to change.
How do you decide on a travel partner to work with?

Why do you charge a research and planning charge?
To offer our clients the best experience and protect their investment, we have a non-refundable charge that allows us to work behind the scenes on their behalf to ensure a seamless experience. Travel is one of the few remaining industries that is not compensated until after the work is completed. This fee allows us to continue to work on your behalf when changes occur.
Do you plan any vacation?
While we have the ability to provide any travel services, we have chosen to specialize in concierge, luxury travel experiences. You would not go to a general practitioner for a specific issue. That is how we know that we are offering you the best travel experience. We specialize in what we offer and can refer you to someone else if we are unable to assist you in the region you will be traveling to.
How will I know the requirements for travel?
Approximately 30 days prior to your departure we will begin to review the current travel requirements for your itinerary. You will have access to the information from the countries you will be visiting, your airline and the suppliers you are traveling with in advance with a plan for preparation for your departure and for your return home.
Do I need travel insurance?
While in most cases, travel insurance is not required for travel, we highly recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment. While we are not certified insurance agents, we can assist and guide you in acquiring a plan that protects you from travel risks and losses based on your travel concerns. These can be simple like delayed baggage or detailed like an unexpected cancellation or a medical emergency during travel.
Will I need passports and visa’s to travel internationally?
Anytime you depart the United States, a passport is required when entry into a foreign country is your destination. Having a valid passport with an expiration date of six months post return date of your travel is the standard requirement. If you need to purchase your first passport or renew a passport, it is recommended that you begin the process early as processing times will vary and can take up to 16 weeks or more. Visa requirements although not common, will vary depending on the countries you will be visiting and will be reviewed with you at time of booking.
How will I manage all my travel documents and itinerary?
Included in the research and planning fee, we provide you with a travel app that has a beautiful detailed itinerary of all your components. All the details are documented and available to you by PDF, downloaded on the mobile application or viewed on the web. Included will be any tours, accommodations, flights with live updates, and transportation reservations and even cruise itineraries.
Can I use my health insurance while abroad?
You will always want to verify this information directly with your health provider. Generally hospitals and medical assistance internationally require cash payments for services. Health insurance will NOT cover you if you need to be evacuated back to the United States. We recommend if health concerns are an issue that travel insurance be purchased at the time of final payment. We can direct you in purchasing travel insurance to cover your needs.
I have dietary restrictions can they be accommodated abroad?
Our cruise suppliers are able to accommodate dietary restrictions. We will let them know in advance of your menu requirements and they will work with you upon arrival to assist you. While exploring abroad these days it is very common to find restaurants that accommodate many types of food allergies and dietary restrictions. We can assist you with a list of restaurants and/or reservations to accommodate you.
What if something happens while I am traveling and I need additional assistance?
We are your travel partner, and we will be there to assist you with the challenges from start to finish. While you are traveling you will have a number of options for assistance from the suppliers we work with. Plus you will be able to reach us by phone, text, email and Whats app. Should an emergency situation arise, we are also available to assist you with changes or re-booking of your itinerary. Your travel experience is our number one priority and we want everything to be as seamless as possible.
How can I let family members know how to get in touch with me while I travel?
Many of the mobile providers currently offer international texting at no fee. You will want to check with your mobile provider as to what options are included in your plan and what charges to be aware of. We can provide you with phone numbers and dialing instructions to provide to family members while you are traveling. You can share your downloaded itinerary with your loved ones and we recommend using Whats app for free phone calls and text using free wifi from your accommodations.
